Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Sessions: Sessions can be scheduled by contacting us via Info@theawakenedcast.com. Appointments are subject to availability. Payment: Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. We accept E-Transfer, PayPal, Cash. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiting the session fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be done with at least 24 hours notice. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiting the session fee. Refunds: Refunds will be issued for cancelled sessions that adhere to the cancellation policy guidelines. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of The Awakened Cast.
